Kogelberg Nature Reserve a World Heratige Site – is often considered the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom, because of the exceptional quality of its fynbos. The reserve has remained isolated and remarkably unspoilt. Its high mountain peaks, steep kloofs, valleys and several tributaries of the pristine Palmiet River create a sense of remote wilderness.
Water levels always differ so please phone before the time to check the water levels.
NB: We all meet (BE ON TIME PLZ) 9:15 at our Kleinmond office, in Harbour rd as you drive down to the harbour in Kleinmond on your right hand side, from there we will depart to the Kogelberg Nature Reserve. Please confirm water levels 2 days prior to your arrival!!
Winter rain has come and gone and it seems where starting our Palmiet River Tubing season a bit earlier than we have planned. a Nice summers day activity. Bookings are now open and we have trips daily. Groups larger than 8 qualifies for a discounted rate. – So its also ideal for you end of year function – being able to swim is not a requirement. We provide you with all the gear and guides needed.
The water levels does fluctuate on the river so please check prior to your arrival on the conditions.

Its high mountain peaks, steep kloofs, valleys and several tributaries of the pristine Palmiet River create a sense of remote wilderness.
It is on the Palmiet where we tube down the cascading drops for a stretch of river unlike any where ells in South Africa. The qualified guides will ensure you have a memorable experience. One that you will be talking about for a while! Lol .
